After working in and with the nonprofit sector for years, we noticed a common problem. Often, nonprofit leaders were great at doing direct service work like social work or caring for vulnerable animals, but once they are promoted into leadership, they aren't given the training and resources they need to learn the host of skills and knowledge needed to lead an organization. That's where we come in.
